WFCA COMBINE PREP 2022- SPORTS ADVANTEDGE WAUNAKEE


Combine prep is one of the most specialized performance training that football athletes can do. It takes many different training disciplines to prepare for and puts them on display for one day. It also allows athletes to run and be seen by potential college coaches. Over the last 20 plus years, Coach Bott has been preparing both high school athletes for college and college athletes for the NFL Draft.

We also understand kids have other sports and other training for their schools. This year our combine prep has multiple choices and options to fit athletes needs. Fit the training to your schedule.


OPTION 1- Full Combine Prep-Lifting- Speed- COD- Sunday Combine Prep

7 week-5 days a week prep. Athletes will engage in a complete combine prep training session. This will include 4 days during the week to build max strength and speed as well as harnessing the skills need to run all drills. They will also have a Sunday session to perfect all the drills including the bench press in a combine prep format session. All lifting and speed work will be done at Sports Advantedge.

Focus will be on improving max speed, max strength and all other components of combine prep to dominate the competition.

Monday- Thursday 5:30am- 6:00am- 4:00pm-5:00pm-6:00pm

Sunday 1:00-2:30pm / 2:30-4:00pm

OPTION 2- Full Speed Prep- Speed- COD- Sunday Combine Prep

7 week- 5 days a week of Elite Speed combo will our Sunday Combine prep session. This is for kids who may be lifting at their high school and really need to develop better spring mechanics and change of direction. Elite speed sessions run during the week and the Sunday Combine prep sessions are run Sundays.

OPTION 3- Sunday Combine Prep

7 week -Sunday Combine prep is for the athlete in a spring sport or who have a strength program at their school. These Sunday sessions have proven very successful for kids who wish to fine tune the drills both speed and jumps as well as raising that bench rep score. We cover all the drills in a systematic approach for incredible improvements.
