What to expect

One-on-one personal training is the most effective and individualized way to improve performance, build strength, and reach specific athletic or fitness goals. Whether you’re new to training, a competitive athlete, a high school quarterback, or a professional-level lineman, every session is fully customized to your body, sport, and objectives.

Your experience begins with a brief intake conversation. This includes a discussion of goals, training history, current fitness level, and any injuries or limitations. For youth athletes, a parent or guardian is included in this process. This information allows us to design a personalized training plan that aligns with both short-term milestones and long-term development.

Training programs are not static. As you progress, we continuously assess performance, adjust training variables, and evolve your plan to ensure consistent improvement and reduced injury risk.
