Strength and Speed Individualized Training

(Ages 12 and Up)

The goal of the Speed and Strength training is to progress young athletes that come from our basic movement training and basic strength training to lifting exercises at the same time increasing the intensity at which they train. These workouts are similar to a college level strength programs, so the intensity is very high.


These Individual training programs are 75 minutes in length and will involve these components:

  1. Dynamic WM-UP
  2. Mobility/ Core stability
  3. Intro to Multi Joint Movements
  4. General total body strength
  5. Linear and lateral speed enhancement
  6. Base conditioning and post workout flexibility
  7. GPP
  8. Shoulder/ Hip/ Knee injury prevention
