COACH Eric Johanning

Eric is originally from Melbourne, FL where he played football, basketball, and threw shot and disc in high school. Earned All-State honors in football two years in a row both at Defensive Line and at Left Tackle. Went on to play football at The Florida Institute of Technology and earned freshmen of the year honors before the football program was shut down due to COVID. Transferred to Murray State University to finish athletic career and graduate with honors in Exercise Science..

Following graduation, Eric completed an internship with Florida State University during the football programs summer strength and conditioning program. He also interned for the University of Wisconsins football strength and conditioning staff during the Badgers 2022 season and earned his CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) from the NSCA.
