PHILOSOPHY
Sports Advantedge has the most experience in developing the best football players IN THE WORLD- Coach Bott and his staff have worked with players like JJ Watt, Joe Thomas, Travis Frederick, Russell Wilson and Beau Allen. We have worked with athletes who have won almost every major college football individual award there is to win. No other facility or training plan in Dane county can match the experience or results in football training! So get with the best- forget the rest!!!!!
Our plan can be executed for kids who either want to fully commit to training at Sports Advantegde or want to add extra football developmental work in conjunction with their training at their high school. We are NOT trying to take kids away from their team experience- we want them to embrace it- However we recognize many kids want to get to another level and want to continue to develop. That’s where we can help! We are willing to work with coaches and players in this area to provide the best opportunity as a football player!
Here at Sports Advantedge, the program is designed to give kids a full option of different training variables to choose from. Every players program will be different, so we will offer this as a Semi-Private program with very small numbers per session per trainer! (4-6 per hour)

5-SCHEDULE YOUR SESSIONS

OPTIONS FOR TRAINING
FOOTBALL GAME SPEED AND AGILITY
THIS WILL BE SPEED AND AGILITY RELATED TO FOOTBALL- IT WILL INCORPORATE 1 TO 6 WORK TO REST RATIO SIMILAR TO A GAME- IT WILL BE SHORT BURST FROM VARIOUS ANGLES- WILL INCLUDE MULTIPLE REACTIONARY SPEED AND CHANGE OF DIRECTION MOVEMENTS
FOR GRADES 6TH THOUGH HIGH SCHOOL
POSITION SPECIFIC WORK
THIS SECTION WILL TAKE SPEED AND AGILITY MOVMENTS AND APPLY THEM DIRECTLY TO YOUR POSITIONS. WE WILL HAVE WORK REST RATIOS ALSO BUILT IN. THESE DRILLS HAVE BEEN USED WITH DIVISION 1 COLLEGE AND PROFESSIONAL ATHLETES!
FOR GRADES 6TH THROUGH HIGH SCHOOL
STRENGTH AND POWER -AUXILARY MOVEMENTS
ALL ATHLETES NEED TO GET STRONGER! SO YOU CAN CHOOSE TO DO AN ALL ENCOMPASSING LIFTING SESSION WITH US OR TAKE WHAT YOU HAVE DONE AT YOUR HIGH SCHOOL AND WE CAN CREATE AUXILARY EXERCISES TO WORK IN SPECIFIC NEEDS/ WEAKNESSES/ AND INJURY PREVENTION.
FOR GRADES 8TH THROUGH HIGH SCHOOL
EXAMPLE WEEK A HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETE WHO PURCHASES 28 SESSIONS
MONDAY 2PM – FOOTBALL SPEED AND AGILITY
TUESDAY 2PM- STRENGTH AND POWER-AUXILARY MOVEMENTS
WEDNESDAY 2PM- POSITION SPECIFIC
THURSDAY 2 PM- STRENGTH AND POWER-AUXILARY MOVEMENTS
THIS EXAMPLE SHOWS THE FLEXIBILITY OF THE PROGRAM AS WELL AS THE SPECIFIC DESIGN TO THIS PLAYER- ATHLETES CAN DESIGN THEIR OWN EMPHASIS WEEKLY! NO OTHER PROGRAM OFFERS THIS MUCH FLEXIBILITY AND SPECIFIC FOOTBALL TRAINING!
