Strength and Speed Sessions

The goal of the Speed and Strength sessions is to progress young athletes that come from our basic movement classes and basic strength sessions to lifting exercises at the same time increasing the intensity at which they train. These sessions will be run similar to college strength programs, so the intensity is very high.

These sessions are 75 minutes in length and will involve these components:

  1. Dynamic WM-UP
  2. Mobility/ Core stability
  3. Intro to Multi Joint Movements
  4. General total body strength
  5. Linear and lateral speed enhancement
  6. Base conditioning and post workout flexibility
  7. GPP
  8. Shoulder/ Hip/ Knee injury prevention
